The Gamble family has been serving the Arklatex for over 30 years. Our staff consists of 24/7 licensed and certified personnel (R.N. and L.P.N.). Physicians are available for on-site calls, or you can reference your own. Meals are under the supervision of a licensed dietician, even for individualized, special diets. Emergency call systems are featured in every patient room of each home, and a keypad security system at every exit door.

Each nursing center offers extensive care through a Medicare skilled service program. Services include observational and assessment of unstable conditions, as well as many forms of therapeutic rehabilitation including: Physical, Occupational, Speech, I.V., and Respiratory. Wound care and tube feeding are also available. A Podiatrist, Optometrist, and Dentist can be called upon request. Daily wellness programs are offered.

All homes offer a choice of semi-private or private room accommodations with free cable TV. Each facility features a large, well appointed living room, beauty shop and provides a weekly chapel service. An innovative activities program is made available to all residents. Our are designed to be comfortable, safe, healthy, and pleasing. All homes accept Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and Private Pay.
